Complaints and returns
Custom-made trophies shall not be returned.
If the Goods will be damaged during delivery or are not in conformity with the contract, the buyer has right to complain.
Damages during delivery
When you receive your order, please check the condition of the products. In case of any damages you shall draw up a written record in the presence of freight forwarder. Defects of the Goods
If it turns our that the product has hidden defects, send us a complaint form including an invalid product to:
